Tim studied Physics and Politics as an undergrad at Peking University before earning his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he focused on tax law. He spent five years at DLA Piper advising global tech companies on securities, tax, corporate, and cross-border structuring, then practiced at a boutique firm on corporate and M&A matters. He is admitted to the California and D.C. Bars.
